We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Cancellation Policy

• Domain registration cancelation is NOT allowed once order has been placed and the amount is NOT refundable. Please make sure the spelling of the domain name is as desired before placing the order.
• Inbound domain transfers can be cancelled within 24 hours or before you approve the transfer with your existing registrar whichever is earliest.
• Web hosting and email hosting order cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
• Dedicated server orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before the setup process is initiated whichever is earlier. If the setup process is initiated, the setup fee and the first month fee is NOT refundable, however, the order can be cancelled for second month onwards.
• SSL certificates cancellation is NOT allowed once key is issued. As long as key is not issued, it can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement or before issuing the key whichever is earlier.
• (Company Name) does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
• Web design orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before the project is initiated whichever is earlier.
• In case you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as dotCMS, dotCampus, smartURL, smartQRcode, etc. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
